Why we exist
The world isn't slowing down. Distraction is the default, and fragmentation has become the norm. Many people — often the most capable, most externally successful people — go years without a single quiet moment to hear themselves think.
We built Haiven for that person: high-functioning, doing well by every outside measure, and yet quietly out of sync with themselves. Not in crisis. Just fragmented. We think that experience deserves a serious, structured response — not another feed, not another streak to chase.
What we believe
You can't optimize your way to coherence. Most tools point outward — more metrics, more goals, more pressure. Haiven points inward. It asks one good question a day, listens across weeks, and reflects the patterns you can feel but can't yet name.
Our guiding principle is simple: measure conditions, not outcomes. We don't grade your life or promise transformation. We surface where you actually are, so the next step is yours to take with clarity.
The model behind Haiven
Underneath the calm surface is a coherent framework. Haiven reads across three domains — the biological, the psychological, and the behavioral — and organizes what it finds around a simple arc:
Restoration
What's depleted, what's been carried too long, and what needs to recover before anything else can move.
Coherence
The gap between how you're showing up and who you said you wanted to be — named without judgment.
Integration
What needs to land. The small, specific thing you'll do differently because of what you just saw.
Haiven is intentionally non-clinical. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. It measures the conditions for clarity and surfaces patterns in plain language — nothing more, and nothing dressed up as something it isn't.
Who we are
Haiven is built by Haiven Labs LLC, a company based in Utah, United States. We're a small team building deliberately, in early access, with the people who use Haiven shaping what it becomes.
If our approach resonates — or if you guide others and want a clearer window into how they're really doing between sessions — we'd love to hear from you at hello@haiven.co.
